Here's How:

Shop for your favorite Journey Health & Lifestyle products as usual, and add to cart

Look for the Sika designation below on the product page to verify a product is FSA/HSA eligible:

At checkout, select the Sika HSA/FSA payment option

Select "Sika - Pay with your FSA/HSA card" at the payment option of checkout, fill out the rest of your shipping & billing info, then click 'Pay Now'

Click "Pay Now" to be redirected to Sika & Complete your purchase securely

You'll be taken to a third-party service for HSA/FSA payment, where a review order window will display:

- A subtotal for items you can purchase with your HSA or FSA card.

- A subtotal for items that aren't eligible for HSA or FSA payment. You must use a different credit or debit card to purchase these items.

Once you add your HSA or FSA card details and a different credit or debit card, if necessary, and select Complete Purchase.

What are HSA and FSA accounts?

Health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA) are programs that allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare expenses. If you’re unsure whether or not you have an HSA or FSA account, please check with your employer or insurance company.

Can I use my HSA/FSA card at shopjourney.com?

Yes, simply select "Sika - Pay with your FSA/HSA card" at the payment option of checkout and use your FSA or HSA card as you would any other credit card.

What Products are HSA/FSA eligible?

Most of our power mobility, manual mobility, and bathroom safety products are pre-approved. These products will have a badge on their product pages denoting this.

Why are some Journey products eligible and others are not?

Certain products are eligible for purchase with HSA/FSA funds if they treat, cure, prevent, diagnose, or alleviate a medical need. For instance, items like bandaids are always eligible as they serve a solely medical purpose. However, there are “dual-eligible” products that can be used for general health and wellness or for specific medical purposes—if recommended by a healthcare provider based on your individual needs.

Where can I find my receipt to submit for reimbursement?

You will receive an electronic receipt from Sika within your order confirmation email.

What happens if I have both HSA/FSA eligible items and ineligible items in my cart?

When you select the “Sika - Pay with your FSA/HSA card” payment method at checkout, your cart will automatically be split into eligible and ineligible subtotals. You can then add the appropriate payment method for each subtotal.

My payment did go through with Sika. Why is that?

There are a few potential reasons why this may happen. It’s possible your HSA/FSA card has not yet been activated, or that you are attempting to purchase ineligible products with an HSA/FSA card. If you believe it is something other than that, please reach out to support@sikahealth.com  .
