Simple one-handed steering
The joystick can be mounted on the left or right side, and is sensitive enough to be operated with one finger.
Folds and unfolds in a second
Easily folds with a single pull release cable. Once folded, it fits into the backseat or trunk of a car.
Lightweight and easy to transport
Overall weight with basket is just 52.2 lbs. Can be wheeled like a piece of luggage when folded.
Removable, long-lasting battery
Up to eight miles of use on a single charge, and charges to 100% in 4.5 hours or less. Suitable for 110 or 220V outlets.
Multi-surface
Well suited for grass, dirt, and small gravel - the flat-free tires can handle it all.
Comfortable seating
Breathable, vented fabric on the seat to keep you comfortable and cool. Padded armrests and foam seat cushion included. Additional cushions available for sale.
Tight turning radius
The 35.5” turning radius means you can easily navigate, even in small or cramped spaces.

The Zoomer Chair can be used just about anywhere, indoors and out. It can handle a number of different terrains such as grass, carpet, dirt and more.
In most any cases, yes. Check to be certain your doorway openings are at least 27" wide. Any smaller than that will require you to get off and fold the Zoomer Chair in order to pass through. Businesses (malls, restaurants, etc.) are required to be ADA compliant, with doorways a minimum of 32" wide—no problem for the Zoomer.
The Zoomer Chair is capable of carrying a person weighing up to 275 lbs.

I recently purchased the journey Zoomer chair. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have become recently unable to use my traditional walker. I have had both Shoulders
Replaced, and recently had a Total Reverse replacement done and just 5 months later had to have a revision done. My surgeon feels it is attributed to the use of my walker. I received the offer for a free cup holder.

We have had nothing but trouble with the chair and it is not used every day. We bought it for my husband who cannot walk long distances . We used it for a trip once and it worked fine. Thank goodness for that! It was after the warranty expired that we started having trouble with charging. We having taken it in several times for repair and spent over a thousand dollars in repair. Even tried a new battery and still having problems. It is only 2 years old. We are very frustrated and not sure that we can rely on taking it on another trip for fear that it will not charge . Unfortunately there is nothing that Journey is willing to do to help with the situation. I feel we got a lemon after reading everyones great reviews. We do not hav ethe same experience.

I can now go to Walmart and not worry if I'll get a electric scooter or not. I don't come home with my hips and lower back hurting so bad I'm almost in tears.

Zoomer has helped me get out more so I can attend events. I find it works best on flat terrain, but I have used it on cobblestones and woodchips, though it was uncomfortable. It's helped me to travel alone, which I definitely could not do without it. Its super easy for planes. My only real issue is that screws often come loose, so I'm contantly tighteningthem while I'm out. I've had an armrest completely come loose while I was out and about.

My balance is bad but I wanted to go to some local events and other places where you have to do a lot of walking, so I purchased the Zoomer chair. It was easy to operate through the crowd and go where I wanted to go.
Also, I received a flyer with my Zoomer chair that said I could get a free Zoomer chair cup holder if I submitted a picture or video with my story which I have done, so please send me the cup holder as soon as you get a chance. I typed my address after my name in the profile below. Thank you.
