Shipping Information

Threshold Delivery: We deliver your product to your home in a brown box, ready for you to unpack and assemble in a few easy steps.

White Glove Delivery: We deliver your product, set it up where you want it, and haul away all packaging material.

Please allow 3-6 weeks for White Glove delivery, and 7-10 days for Threshold delivery.

    Perfect sleep chair

    I’m not liking these new chairs and I bought 2. I thought I was buying the same chairs I bought before. First these chairs are hard and they are not leather are some microfiber stuff which I hate . I wanted burgundy which they said was discontinued so we got chocolate brown and it’s really ugly. The first 2 chairs we bought which were from AARP magazine are not these chairs like they said .

    We are very disappointed with this purchase. We bought these chairs for our sons house so we could spend time at their place not going to happen chairs aren’t comfortable.& even my children say the same thing they like the other chairs better. Also you can’t wipe clean because it’s fabric which I said I didn’t want. The first is my old chair at home and this is new chair. Oh the blanket is so heavy for a senior to pickup and put on by themselves. Extremely disappointed.

    Poor

    I bought this chair approx. 3 years ago. After 11 months of use the bottom recline motor burned out. I called customer service, and they said there was not a technician available in my area. They sent me the motor and said I could install it. Well after waiting a couple weeks I went out and bought a recliner and had them take the perfect sleep chair.

    In my opinion they should of sent me a new one and taken the old one back.

    I would try another but am worried same thing would happen

    Perfect sleep chair & lift

    I received chair on April 24th. And on August 19th I called for service as the remote did not work. Also called on the 8/21,called again on 8/27 and was told the remote was back ordered and would not be on their docks until 11/1. I received the remote on 11/19 as of today I call for service to fix the chair.also called 12/2, and 12/6 and still no service was called for the chair. Also on12/6 I ask them to call me back as of 12/10 no call. I will contact the better Buiness and then know what’s going on

    Good info to know

    I’m liking the chair so far, just received a week ago. It is a deep seat and I wish the foot portion was longer as aggravates my Achilles tendon where it ends. Love the genuine leather, so doesn’t peel. Info I wish I had known would be When I ordered online I was told it had to be made when I called in a few weeks. It shipped from Oregon, came in a crate made in China six weeks later. This would be important to put on the website.

    Great sleeper

    Every night, all night. Don't know how I would get any sleep anywhere else but that chair. Plus I have had some of the most restful naps in years in that chair.
