We bought a Zoomer 4 or 5 years ago for my husband. He loved it. It gave him mobility to go to events that required walking, to go to the grandchildren's sports games, to go to our grandson's college graduation, to go the mall, to go to the movies and sit in the handicapped section, and much more. We always kept it in the car so that when we got to Costco or Sam's and there were no electric carts available, we could simply unload ours and he could use it to roam around the store. It took both of us to unload and load it in the back of the car. I can unload it alone, but I can't pick it up and load it alone. We used it for airline travel. We had to remove the battery and put that in a carry-on, but the chair was checked at the gate just like strollers. It works very well outside on pavement and on dirt and grass as long as it is not too thick or deep. We visited a cemetery and he had no trouble getting around on the grass. The chair is very comfortable to sit in for a modest length of time. He could sit in it for the duration of our grandson's baseball game. The only problem we have with it is that sometimes the tires lose air and we have to air them up. It doesn't happen often but it does happen. My husband went to be with the Lord last year, but I have kept the chair and used it a few times to go to baseball games or to accompany my family on a 5K holiday walk.

I recently purchased the journey Zoomer chair. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have become recently unable to use my traditional walker. I have had both Shoulders
Replaced, and recently had a Total Reverse replacement done and just 5 months later had to have a revision done. My surgeon feels it is attributed to the use of my walker. I received the offer for a free cup holder.

I can now go to Walmart and not worry if I'll get a electric scooter or not. I don't come home with my hips and lower back hurting so bad I'm almost in tears.

Zoomer has helped me get out more so I can attend events. I find it works best on flat terrain, but I have used it on cobblestones and woodchips, though it was uncomfortable. It's helped me to travel alone, which I definitely could not do without it. Its super easy for planes. My only real issue is that screws often come loose, so I'm contantly tighteningthem while I'm out. I've had an armrest completely come loose while I was out and about.

My balance is bad but I wanted to go to some local events and other places where you have to do a lot of walking, so I purchased the Zoomer chair. It was easy to operate through the crowd and go where I wanted to go.
Also, I received a flyer with my Zoomer chair that said I could get a free Zoomer chair cup holder if I submitted a picture or video with my story which I have done, so please send me the cup holder as soon as you get a chance. I typed my address after my name in the profile below. Thank you.
